Arriving at Port Everglades Q

We have never sailed out of this port. What time is good to arrive at the port (we are driving)? And I understand there are multiple parking garages, is it clear which one will be best, based on what ship I am on?

 

We usually sail out of Port Canaveral, and usually arrive around 9/9:30...

Arrival time doesn't much matter. The rush out of the port will be over by 9:30 or 10. The inbound rush will begin shortly there after.

 

As discussed here frequently, there are 3 parking areas. One mid port, two in the north area. Mid port serves more Terminals, but if you are on Princess (commonly docks at Terminal 2/4) then the two north port lots would be better.

If you are talking tomorrow on Indy of the Seas, Mid Port will probably be better.

Thanks for the help. I was amazed at how LARGE that port is. Easily found the garage and terminal. Was surprised at the rudeness of the workers. While unloading the car - with a porter helping, keep in mind I had pulled up to where I had been told, was CONSTANTLY told to get moving.
