kadie747 Posted January 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 6, 2016 Help please ! Just booked 3 cabins on Oasis of the Seas and I now see one of our cabins is 11279, end cabin but right at Concierge Club/Wonderland Restaurant. Concerned there may be a noise factor. Any replies would be much appreciated.
SuiteTraveler Posted January 6, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 6, 2016 This is a quiet area of the ship, I would not be worried at all. People are usually not in the Concierge lounge/Diamond Club late at night and even if they were, I don't think there would be any loud partying going on! CruiserBruce Posted January 6, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 6, 2016 The best place for your research would be on the RCI board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=
cb at sea Posted January 6, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2016 On RCI, they don't have cabins that are open to "public" areas...they are all in hallways, so noise isn't an issue.
taglovestocruise Posted January 6, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 6, 2016 No worries, you are about 10 cabins down the hallway. The diamond lounge and library are very quiet during the day, and at night the Diamond lounge is rarely used for cocktails, there are always so many Diamond members that they use Dazzles, Blaze and Jazz on 4 as the free cocktail venues.. happy cruising
h-sar Posted January 7, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Just got back from Oasis. We had a cabin that was fairly close to the elevators. We could hear very, very loud music coming from one of the bars or nightclubs if we were right outside our cabin door in the evenings. It wafted up from the open areas around the elevators. However, as soon as we shut our door - absolutely nothing! Not even a whisper of outside noise coming into the cabin. I was quite impressed.
