Drinks package.

Going on our first cruise with celebrity reflection in July 2016. We have the classic drinks package. We are not big drinkers but would this package cover most wines and occasional cocktails?

It will really depend on what you drink.

 

But remember if after a day or so you find it doesn't cover what you want you can upgrade.

If you aren't picky about wine or liquor brands.

The wine choices aren't considered very good.

Our first cruise we were Aqua Class & dined in Blu. I upgraded so the wine sommelier could bring me just about any white wine to match what I was eating/what he suggested.

If you are picky about wine you might consider upgrading to the premium package. (which you can do at anytime, as long as there are at least 3 days left in the cruise). $10/day

On the regular plan if you choose a wine over the $9 you must pay the entire cost of the glass of wine. On the premium you only pay the difference over $13.

Last cruise we dined in the MDR, and I was fine with the pino grigio they served, so I didn't upgrade. This time we may do more specialty restaurants, so I may upgrade.
