If you have already made final payment on a cruise and then decide that you want to upgrade ( for the full price ) can you do it ?

if there are cabins available I cannot see why not

As Lyn said, if cabins are available I can't see where there would be a problem.

 

If your cruise is sold out at this point, let your TA (or Oceania if you didn't book with a TA) that you would be interested in an upgrade or an upsell.

 

I got an upsell to an Owner's Suite in Nov '05 because I had let my TA know that I was interested, and I got a great deal.

They will be happy to take your money
