Yes- a new promotion for Canadians. It really is a good deal, but limited to mostly summer 2016 cruises.

To be fair to those who are concerned about reciprocity in deals, I believe that almost always Canadians share those offers made to Americans. Thus those offers are for a North American market rather than a purely US one.

 

Those outside that market may have valid concerns.
