Hairdryer on Riviera

Question from my sister-in -law:rolleyes:

On the Riviera are the hairdryer in the bath room functional? Sometimes the dryers are really small and weak, should I consider bringing my own?:confused:

There are hand held dryers in all the cabins I think they are about 1500w

They work for me

You have to use them at the desk in the cabin the plug in the bathroom is for shavers only

The hairdryer that we had on our recent Riviera cruise was great and of hairstylist grade. :D I have really thick hair. And there is no button that had to be held down like on some other cruise lines.

My DW was happy with the hairdryer on the Marina last month. I assume they are the same on Riviera.

Hair dryer is plenty powerful. Amenities are Bulgari. Linens are plush. Bed is perfect. Ask steward and you can have San Pellegrino in the fridge. Extensive DVD library, even an alarm clock.

The hairdryer is just fine, I would never waste space unnecessarily.

you will find a hand held hairdryer in the draw,there's a concentrator nozzle,but no diffuser. I take my own diffuser and hold it in place with elastic bands!

I love the hair dryer on the Riviera. We just cruised in February. I have been trying to get the name from Oceania so I can buy one but they say they do not have the information. There was no brand that I could find on the dryer. Anyone have an idea what brand they are? They are coated in black rubber, ionic, 2 heat and speed settings and light.

it was the same on Regatta in 2016 as out Dec Riviera cruise so guessing they probably bought the same or similar for all the ships
