jewel balcony question

Does anyone know if the partition on the balconies can be opened on the Jewel? We are cruising with friends next door. On the freedom and oasis class, we have been able to do this, but from looking at the jewel, I wasn't sure.

Sorry they don't open on the Radiance class ships.
