How far from the Publix is this hotel, please. Need to buy wine before cruise.

Not sure of the exact distance, but guessing at least 1/2 mile. If you do walk it, stop at Total Wine instead, as it has a much better selection and great prices, plus it is basically next door to Publix.

 

A closer option to you will be the Walgreens, about 2 blocks away.

 

Check out Google maps for a better idea.

Dave is correct-- only about 1/2 mile OR, about 10 minute walk-- straight, flat!

More importantly, Dave is correct about Total Wine. Great store, great selection and pricing.

 

Worst case if you don't want to walk it back, I believe you can hop on the Sun Trolley and ride back to hotel. Pretty inexpensive ride.

The walk from Total Wine to the Hilton Marina is 1 mile (20 minutes) according to the Googlemaps. The Sun Trolley can be hailed down on 17th Street on the Hilton side of the road to get to Total Wine and the terminus is right in front of Publix (next to Total Wine) for the return to the Hilton Marina. Be aware that the trolley doesn't run after 6:30 pm. Each ride is $1 or $3 for a day pass. http://www.suntrolley.com
