BCCRUSINGCOUPLE Posted March 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2016 We are looking at booking a balcony cabin for 3 people. The booking is saying twin and 1 or 2 uppers. From what we can find on line this is one twin bed and one or two beds that come off the wall is this correct. Rare Essiesmom Posted March 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2016 (edited) Which ship? All balcony cabins have two twins that can be pushed together to form a queen/king. Upper bunks come down from the ceiling. This is a cabin with two uppers, but only one is lowered: This picture shows both bunks down" Yes, if you simply cannot sleep two feet away from your husband, they can push the twins together. But then the steward has to stand up on the bed to service the bunk. EM Edited March 14, 2016 by Essiesmom

BCCRUSINGCOUPLE Posted March 15, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted March 15, 2016 That's what we were reading as well. We didn't want to get stuck with a roll away. The prices between the balcony cabin and mini suite is so close in price we decided to go with the mini suite. Rare cruisequeen4ever Posted March 15, 2016 #6 Share Posted March 15, 2016 You'll be much happier going with the similarly priced mini-suite! Then you can all be comfortable. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
