Haven Upsell - so excited!

Congrats. I had the same casino offer. We at booked for 5/29 and originally upgraded to minisuite. I called CAS last night and they were asking for $1500pp. I think that is absurd. I will try upset number in a couple weeks. Fingers crossed. Please let us know how you enjoy the haven.

Congratulations! That's a great price for a fabulous suite. We were on BA in an Aft suite on 12 and the balcony space is fantastic. You're on deck 10 so it will be smaller than deck 12. I think the size from largest to smallest is 9, 12, 11, 10, 14, 13.

OMG... that balcony is huge! What suite # was this? How many does this suite hold and do you have any pics of the inside?

Don't call CAS - use the upsell number. Good luck and I'll be sure to post my thoughts

Woot! Congrats!

 

We were in an aft PH on the Pearl to Alaska last year. Snagged it on an upsell about a week prior to sailing. My dream of being in an aft balcony was made so much better by all of the other suite perks. We are very low maintenance travelers, but wow! the way we were treated all week was amazing...and we didn't even get the full Haven experience.

 

I knew it was worth every cent right at the port-when you swoosh past the long queues at embarkation and right up to the quiet and efficient private area for check in. It put me in relax mode instantly. Getting off at ports via back hallways, circumventing those long lines was pretty darn neat too.

 

Booked on the Escape with kids next Spring Break. Can only hope for a chance at upsell,as a Haven suite would be well over double what we've paid for a regular balcony and as much as I would love, couldn't justify that outright. Fingers crossed!

Thank you! We are pretty low maintenance also so I'm sure we'll feel like royalty. We would most likely never pay the full price for the Haven so this may be our only shot. Although we have done a few cruises before we mostly do land vacations. It may be a while before we have this chance again

I hope you score a Haven suite on your next journey!

I originally booked the Getaway for May 1-8 through a Caesars certificate. I paid $300 total to upgrade us to a balcony from a free inside. With taxes, insurance UBP gratuities it still was a cheap vacation.

Since this is our first cruise without kids I really wanted to treat us to a Haven Suite. I pulled the trigger today and upgraded to a Haven Aft Penthouse for $750 pp! I know I could have waited and maybe gotten a better deal but I didn't want to risk losing the room I wanted on deck 10. It's going to be a long month waiting!

Any input on these rooms and how to make the most of the experience would be more than welcome.

I keep watching the suites daily and with 45 days out today they still have 14 available. Just wondering if they have even started trying to upsell yet or not and when I should call?

About 30 days out seems to be the norm.

Unbelievable job on the upsell!! Your husband is going to be over the top suprised ... that is if you can keep it under wraps lol

So far, so good. He's been busy so we haven't really talked about the cruise. I can't wait to see his face!

I definitely have researched what the standard tip seems to be and I will go from there. Maybe more if I'm wowed by the service.

Pulled the trigger on an upsell offer last night after debating on it for for a little over a week.

 

Went from an oceanview guarantee to a haven spa suite for $500pp on the may 8th sailing of the getaway. The wife wanted to purchase the vibe beach club when we got on board, and also wanted access to the spa thermal suites so when we weighed out the cost of those with our interior room vs the haven upgrade it really became a no brainer.
