Booking deposit condition change?

Hi,

 

I have just heard from my travel agent that from 1 April the per person deposit for all grades of cabin is now 20% Has anyone else heard about this change?

 

I have looked on Oceania's web site and it still states £500pp for lower grade cabins and 20% for the higher grades

We just made a deposit (after 4/1/) for a 2018 cruise and it was the usual $750/pp

A month ago I booked a 20 day for just $750 total then yesterday booked part of the world cruise in Insignia for $1500 ( 750 pp) Dont see any change

Must be a UK thing for the OP. We booked our 2017 cruises and the deposit for early bookings were $750 per person per cruise.

I checked today with Oceania in the UK and it is now 20% deposit in the uk

I'd be happy with 20%. I paid more than that from Canada.
