Belle Posted April 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2016 What to say on this weigh-in day You know what and you do it your way That is we all try to lose weight in our own way What works best for you day by day Nice some of you say what you eat that works for you during the day Also telling us what exercises you do..doing them in your own way When you write about your eating and exercise in your own way It helps us with ideas what/how we can eat/exercise every day Now that I way'ed and day'ed ..and your rolling your eyes this Thursday I will stop writing this now and be on my WAY!!! I still dropped one pound to 205 but I was hoping for more. A bit more than 2 weeks to go before my cruise. I won't make it to 200 but I hope to get close. I hope everyone lost. winewanderer Posted April 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2016 Hi Everyone, I leave for our 5 week vacation today! Yeah. Must toot my horn.....I lost 3 lbs. I lost the 2 I gained last week plus 1. Yippee. Of course I will gain some being on a cruise for 3 weeks then in Europe for 2 weeks. My biggest hope is that my clothes fit at the end! I will try to check in but it won't be while we re on the cruise. Possibly in May when we have internet. If not, we'll be back in the states at the end of May. Cruiserman, have a great cruise. We need your pictures from your biking and hiking travels. I need to get in the grove to..stress from mother is getting to me, not eating much but the wrong things. Everyone have a good weekend.
