FLL Best Airport Hotel

We are arriving at 10:00 PM the night before our cruise. I thought we might stay around the airport....opinions on the best airport hotel? Or should we just stay around 17th?

I would stay near the airport given how late you are arriving.

 

Best means different things to different people.

 

There are several Marriott Hotels right together near the airport and I would look at each of them on line and then select the one that meets your needs. All great choices.

I would actually go to 17th Street (Embassy Suites or Hyatt Place etc. etc.) it's just a quick taxi ride away.

I don't see a reason to exclude 17th st. hotels. If you stay on 17th st., then you have a 10 min taxi ride, instead of a 5 min taxi ride. Just go with whichever hotel is the best value, airport or 17th st.

We have stayed at Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale Airport North Cruise Port before, and will be staying there again in May. They have a shuttle service that picks you up from the airport too, I'm not sure how late it goes so I would call and ask but we had no issues the last time we stayed there!
