Upsell when you book through a TA?

I booked through a TA website a couple months ago at a decent rate. I'm hoping to be able to upgrade to a better room (from a mini-suite) by calling the upsell line for NCL. Does anyone know if I will be prevented from doing this because I booked through a TA? Also, does anyone know the NCL upsell number or have any recommendations on when to star calling? I'm booked on the Getaway Oct. 16th if that makes any difference.

Your TA will receive any Upsell Call and a good one will contact you . After all , it is more comm. for them .

You don't initiate the conversation with the cruise line about an upsell. They contact you thru your TA.

Yes, NCL will deal with you directly on an up sale request. You can find a lot more information on the NCL boards.
