Your cabin is an obstructed view stateroom but you shouldn't have any noise from below. I'd be more concerned about the noise from the laundromat opposite your cabin door.

You might hear some soft music from the stage below in the evening until around 11pm. They don't play loud rock in the Wheelhouse. There is no morning activity in the Wheelhouse. I have been in a cabin across from the laundry and it was never a problem, more of a convenience, E616 is not directly across from the laundry entrance, and the laundry is closed overnight.

I doubt you'll have a noise problem! Even though I am elite, I like to some of my laundry myself. Being near the laundromat is a convenience.
