MOcruiserman Posted May 12, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 12, 2016 Good morning Belle. After indulging myself on a week's cruise to Bermuda I decided not to step on the scale until today. And I was pleasantly surprised to see it stop at 202 - no weight gain (maybe even the loss of a pound). Now I'm thinking I should have had that delicious-looking Gelato. shootr Posted May 13, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 13, 2016 Sounds weird, but I'm happy to be up 2 to 183 - I think things are starting to stabilize. Still figuring out foods - couple nights ago some salmon really screwed me up. Chicken is still safe, small amounts of peanut butter, most fruits, salads are all ok - but man, every time I try something kind of new it's with severe trepidation. We're moving our whole operation to another building, so getting too much exercise and that's good and bad as well. Working tomorrow too, but I'm commandeering the bullhorn and directing traffic - let the kids do the lifting! Hope all you others are doing well - thanks for keeping us on track Belle! I'm happy to report I lost 2.4 lbs since last week.Of course there's still at least 1 more to lose from the cruise. Oh well, all we can do is try & of course there'll be setbacks! Just start all over again. It was nice to see Jan pop in last week. Sure wish she'd come back. shootr ~ that must be hard trying to figure out what sets off your attacks. Good luck to you. Have a great week! I'm headed to a 50th wedding anniversary party for my BF tomorrow then staying at my DD's for a couple of nights. violetmoon1979 Posted May 13, 2016 #9 Share Posted May 13, 2016 Hi Everybody! I lost 1.8 kilos this week. I guess last week with the tonsillitis and not being able to eat/swallow finally paid off! LOL I am heaps better, this week i definitely made up for not being able to eat last week, so we'll see how next week weigh-in goes. :o My fiance and I went to a 6 course degustation dinner with matching french wines. I was SO FULL, I could hardly move, I was still full the next day and hardly ate. LOL Tonight, I went on a pizza binge. ugh We stayed home and watched movies, ordered pizza and I ate it all and then some. Tomorrow is a new day right?????? Still in the moon boot!
