Possible missing passenger - Liberty

Could be unrelated though!

Someone probably got busted for something totally unrelated, that perhaps was discovered during the room by room search. If it was something relatively minor, that's a bummer for them.

Very often it is someone wanted on a warrant that is discovered during the CBP screening of passengers during the cruise.

Exactly. I would never be outside alone at 2 am on a girls trip. Not on a ship, not on land. Why did the other girls leave her and go to bed? What was she doing? Either way, passing judgement is no good. She made a horrible decision and paid the ultimate price.

I would think that she was bunking with some of her friends. LIke you, I'm wondering what she was doing. What were her friends thinking that they waited til noon to report her missing? Maybe they thought she'd eventually show up. Like you, I think that passing judgement is not good.

Maybe they should just make the railings electrified to keep people from climbing on them. [emoji15]

I agree...no one will get near them. :D

181 days till the next cruise. Hope this doesn't happen then. :)

Hope for your sake it doesn't happen again either. Best wishes for your next cruise!:)

I said the same thing. I'm assuming her friends were sleeping it off and realized she was missing. I'd hate to think she had hooked up w someone.

That may not be an accurate way to determine how much she may have been drinking. She may have had alcohol in her room from Bon Voyage or smuggled booze.

They will know for that day and also if alcohol was purchased from Bon Voyage. As far as smuggling booze on your are correct that isn't known .

But 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

I'll see if this works, it says attached

Looking at that pic, she had to be somewhat limber to get herself up there. No way could I get myself up there or even turn my back to the sea. If she was drunk, I think she lost her balance. But I'm thinking if she were drunk how did she get herself up there?

Sounds like the two friends with her went to bed and she stayed out. Aparantly she climbed on the railing, sitting on the rail and fell in backwards. There was many hours of drinking that day. I think it was a tragic case of drunken misjudgment that cost her life.

It's not on people but on a banned site

Is it Facebook? Because Facebook is not banned here. You can mention Facebook. What you can't do is direct towards advertising on facebook for T/A's or groups. You can even reference Cruise Critic or John Healds Facebook, no problem. So for those of us interested can you name or link?

Additionally others could have been purchasing drinks and giving it to her.

There's no accurate way at this point to determine if she was intoxicated at all. She may not have been.

I can see it but at 37 I can still do cartwheels, lol. I'm sure she stepped on the light thing, then kneeled on the white rail and then hoisted herself up.

Someone was escorted off the ship in handcuffs.

You'd be amazed how often that happens, regardless of ship or cruise line. It's not uncommon for an ambulance and/or police car to meet the ship.

.

saying you're happy with a price increase to obtain a system they you think carnival should have knowing full well that if your price goes up so does everyone else's is pretty dumb as well.

or else you're happy sticking it to everyone else so that you can get what you want out of life.

personally, i'm not happy paying for someone else's irresponsibility.

We're all paying for air scrubbers to be retrofitted in the smoking casinos when some of us will still avoid casinos where smoking is allowed. Haven't heard complaints about that.
