kevinyork Posted May 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Would anyone be able to tell us how many formal nights are on the 11 day cruise ? Do you know which days they take place on? Thanks so much Quick answer is none. Formal nights have been replaced with evening Chic. I'm sure someone will reply with when they may take place. getaway101 Posted May 15, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Won't be long before you are able to wear your pj's into the dining room. We just got off the infinity and on "chic" night there were women in capri's and men in shorts.

That wouldn't bother me, but I guess it may bother others.:)
zoncom Posted May 15, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Just off Rome-Rome 11N. First sea day and second night in Athens. People looked fine in dresses or slacks. No gowns. Very few jackets on the men. Not necessary any more.
dkjretired Posted May 15, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 15, 2016 (edited) All cruises of 7days or more now have two Chic nights no matter the length. Under 7 there will be 1. Edited May 15, 2016 by dkjretired
Redtravel Posted May 15, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Your cruise. Wear whatever you like. No formal nights.
dkjretired Posted May 15, 2016 #8 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Your cruise. Wear whatever you like. No formal nights. Not a valid statement, there are some things for which they will not allow you into the dining room.
tmk1941 Posted July 5, 2016 #9 Share Posted July 5, 2016 When are they for the 11 night Eastern Medeterrian. Cruises on Reflection? I assume first will be on first sea day. When is the second?:confused:
WestLakeGirl Posted July 5, 2016 #10 Share Posted July 5, 2016 Of course it's your cruise and you can wear what you like but if what you are wearing is a bathing suit, or shorts, or ratty jeans you won't be admitted to the dining room
Karynanne Posted July 5, 2016 #11 Share Posted July 5, 2016 There will probably be two "Evening Chic" evenings, on an 11 day cruise.

When is the second?:confused: Usually they are on second night and next to the last night. They very often hold them on port days. Without knowing your itinerary its hard to tell. DrivesLikeMario Posted July 5, 2016 #13 Share Posted July 5, 2016 (edited) Not a valid statement, there are some things for which they will not allow you into the dining room. That's what I thought until my DH pointed out at least 5 men in our immediate vicinity in the dining room at dinner time in shorts. Edited July 5, 2016 by DrivesLikeMario
