Do all persons in a cabin have to check in at the same time? On our upcoming cruise we have 4 people staying in a cabin (3 adults 1 child), 2 of the adults are coming in on a separate flight and I was wondering if we could check in before they arrived and then have them check in later when they arrive. Is that possible?

All persons on the same Set Sail pass must check in at the same time. If you are all on the same Set Sail Pass, you'll need to be there at the same time. The best way to do it is to just put the other two on a separate Set Sail Pass and you'll be fine.

That's not true...it's no different than a hotel...as long as the 1st person to check in has the means of payment, the others can arrive independently. If everyone is on a different form of payment, you'll print out separate passes...if you want to.

 

Really, as long as everyone has the booking number, it's all good!

Thanks...I put everyone on their own set sail pass "just in case". Worse case we'll get there and they tell us we have to wait for everyone.

As long as each person has his or her SetSail Pass, there will be no problem.

 

If anyone is given a hard time at check-in about which credit card is on the account, tell them to say, "Make it a cash account". You can fix it later on board.
