Wow! My first cruise was on the Empress and she seemed so big at that time. My next cruise is on the Oasis. The size difference is amazing in that scale! My wife just said, "our cabin on Oasis is higher than the Empress is"

Wow, what a difference! Our very first cruise was on the Empress. Last July we were on the Oasis for the first time. and sailing on her again in 22 days.

I'm not familiar with Empress and thought she was one of the new mega ships.

 

When I first looked at the picture, I assumed Oasis was the smaller ship, and Empress the larger one. And the picture blew my mind.

Very cool picture! We were on the Oasis and I was up at the pool, you could see over into the Empress pool area, so we're checking it out!

Same for me!! My very first cruise was the Nordic Empress in 1994. We also thought it was huge! Next week I board the Allure!
