Can you rent snorkel gear in Labadee? Do they have kid sizes?

Even better question: Is there anything to see when snorkeling on Labadee?

 

Answer: No.

 

 

If your kids want to open their eyes underwater just for the heck of it, get them some goggles at the dollar store. But there are no fish or interesting coral formations to see at Labadee.

I'm not aware of any snorkeling gear for rent on Labadee. As mentioned, there really are no good areas there for snorkeling. There are a couple of snorkeling excursion but they take you elsewhere to do it.

We have always got our snorkel gear from one of the attendants at barefoot beach when we get our floaties.

 

 

We just usually swim around, go to the deep part and look underwater at the sunken plane (purposely done to make a reef).

Saw a couple eels, and little fishies, nothing great.

 

I guess we get it included with our entrance to barefoot beach.
