Pre cruise limited time drink pkg purchase

Can any experienced Royal cruisers please let me know when the drink package states "Limited time offer" do you know when they stop selling at the pre cruise price?

 

Want to buy the drink package for our cruise in December, but don't want to buy it just yet.

Also, do you have to pay in full when you purchase it?

There have been no announcements about the discounted drink packages. They can remove the discount as unexpectedly as they add it. Since it is a "Limited time offer"...there is no way to know how long it may be offered.

 

If you purchase it now, and the price goes down before your cruise, you can cancel it for a refund and re-purchase it at the lower price.

Yes, if you cancel a certain number of says before the cruise (thinking 3 or 4), you get a full refund to your credit card.
