He is kind of the voice of the passengers, to the higher ups.

 

Just thought of this as I was reading a thread about people wishing the WJ was open later than 9pm.

 

I am not saying that John Heald gets EVERYTHING we want, but he has gotten a lot of things changed/reinstated.

 

Does RCCL have anyone in this role, or similar role?

FWIW, RCI is the brand. RCCL is the corporation for several brands.

No, RCI has noone similar to John Heald. Nick Weir is posting on Twitter but that´s only about the shows. And you find Captain Johnny on Twitter too.

 

Captain Kate is on Instagram and Twitter (but that´s Celebrity).

 

So it´s mainly single personalities but no dedicated brand ambassador.
