There are several. Roatan is perfect for ziplines as it has hills and jungle. We haven't done a zipline there, but have seen them and read great reviews. There are also great videos on YouTube.

If you are on a Carnival, Princess, or HAL ship stopping at Mahogany Bay, there is one directly across from the shopping area.

Two of the most popular zip lines are South Shore Canopy, which goes over deep canyons several times, and Pirates of the Caribbean which has a variety of different levels from beginner to extreme. Both have websites you can google. And there are other zip lines on the island.

I did a zip line through the jungle from Roatancruiseexcursions.com and it was awesome! We met at a hut at the port and it was only $40pp at that time. It was about 6 or 7 zip lines all together! I highly recommend.
