PSR Posted August 12, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2016 I should know this, but we have always bought the wine package on the first day of a cruise. Because we will have the Beverage Package this time, we may not need a Wine Package if the glasses of wines covered by the bev. package are suitable, but if not we may want to buy a wine package later. It seems to me they were only available for 1-2 days after the cruise begins. Is this true, or can you purchase one later in the cruise (maybe only a 3-bottle package)? Thanks for any info. Rare Crazy For Cats Posted August 12, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2016 On my Maasdam cruise last month I bought a wine package several days into our cruise.
SJSULIBRARIAN Posted August 12, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) You can buy a wine package any time during the cruise. The wine stewards often remove the cards on the dining tables after a few days. But they will gladly sell a package to you when ever you want to buy one. Krazy Kruizers Posted August 12, 2016 #7 Share Posted August 12, 2016 The Signature Beverage Package only offers the house wines. And you certainly can buy a wine package any time during your cruise.
Caribbean Chris Posted August 12, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 12, 2016 I think people have mentioned that also you can take home any bottles left over. (As if!)
OVgirl Posted August 12, 2016 #9 Share Posted August 12, 2016 I think people have mentioned that also you can take home any bottles left over. (As if!) On one cruise we ordered a second wine package with about 5 days left. Ordered the 5 bottle package. We did not finish all the bottles and they just billed us for the number of bottle we used. No need to bring them home unless you really want to.
