Do you think the ship's will still be playing this song at sail away? I think it was played again because of the 50th anniversary. I think my sister in-law would get out of it. We sail in December.

Maybe... what ship are you sailing on? If the Regal or Royal, then the horn will sound a snippet of the song when you sailaway from each port.

I was on the Royal Princess on the sail away. Both the Royal & Regal were sailing out at the same time. They both played The Love Boat Song it was great.

The love boat is the reason I picked Princess as my cruise line of choice when I retired.

After watching the shows and actually touring the Love Boat for the day with a bunch of girl friends in the 1970's in Vancouver harbor :)

Oops! I hit the wrong button. I listen to the original Jack Jones version on my Kindle every night before going to bed. It makes the long countdown until my Christmas Panama Canal cruise on the Island less stressful.

I just got my Princess Cruise Atlas. It's sort of like getting the Sears and Roebuck Christmas "Wish Book" when I was a kid! I can listen to Jack Jones as I work my way through the atlas.

Thanks, that was a great cruise. Sure miss sailing with Sammi, she is a hoot. I'm on the Grand for Christmas with a lot of the same ports but it sure won't be the same crusise as last year.
