I don't think so. They are normally in 2 of the Bars - the Crows Nest and Ocean Bar only.

You could go to either Lounge and get your drinks and take them to your stateroom.

 

Personally, Happy Hour is a highlight of my cruise day. I enjoy meeting some of my fellow cruisers during Happy Hour. Also, the hot hors d'oerves are first served at that time. (Some may be available later than Happy Hour if there are any left.)

No -- because they do not have your ID card to ring up the drinks.

Any drink brought to your cabin -- you get either a hand written receipt or a computer slip already run off.

"Happy Hour" denotes special pricing in most bars;)

 

In the case of HAL, you buy two drinks (the same) and the second drink is $1 instead of regular pricing.

Of course! Otherwise it won't be happy hour, just another hour. ;)

No, but DH many times will ask for 2nd beer not to be opened and take back to room. I am a Pina Colada drinker generally and I often take the second one back to room or out on deck(ask for plastic glass). Maybe little melted and may have to add some ice but at least don't get brain/throat freeze.
