Price Guarantee on Excursions

Has anyone had any luck with the new program that guarantees pricing on excursions?

I have sent in the form twice now and have had zero response. To be honest, I am not expecting it to qualify for the program but I would have anticipated at least some sort of reply from Princess.

Like I said, given the numerous restrictions I am extremely doubtful that our excursion would qualify but it is disappointing that they advertise a new program (which provides an email address for contact) and then don't follow through. I was just wondering if anyone had any luck at all.

I agree, it looked like an extremely difficult standard to meet. I am just curious if anyone has had any luck at getting any sort of a response.

 

If it is the same as the 110% guarantee on Carnival (same corporation), we successfully got it this past August for an excursion in Barbados. Was it exactly the same? No, it was the same except it was about an hour later than the ship's excursion; otherwise exactly the same.
