JW Marriott Marquis or JW Marriott in Miami .. which one to choose?

We'll be staying one night before our Nov 5 cruise from Miami and will be using Marriott points for our stay. Which Marriott would you choose based on location? Not terribly concerned with amenities since we won't be there very long, but we will have access to the concierge lounge as we are gold reward members if you can compare the 2 lounges. Also looking for a nice location with a good happy hour/tapas or small bites type of meal within walking distance. Thanks in advance for your input!

In terms of location I would go with the JW Marriott.

 

It is just a couple of blocks from Mary Brickell Village with lots of restaurants to choose from.

 

I can't compare the two lounges.
