I got mine yesterday for £40 per day including gratuity, on RCI website, special offer that was supposed to end yesterday, but was still available today

I just had a thought that I should check my internet package. I canceled the 1 device surf for $36 and got the 1 device surf & stream for the same price. I bought another for DH, so we don't have to share.

 

Marketing at work - just because of a sale you are spending twice what you originally had planned and it costs RCI nothing.

I just checked my cruise planner and it says the sale is valid for another 13 hr 53 minutes, so hopefully more people can hop in and take advantage!

We are cruising at end of February 2017 and the Alcohol package is $48 with the 20% sale. Not really a sale as it was same price for sometime now. Very misleading on RC's part.:(

I agree with you. It is way too expensive. You would have to drink all day every day to break even. You would be drunk all the time [emoji33]

I just booked my parents in Giovannis for their upcoming cruise on the Jewel. They will be surprised.

I am just saying that spending $500 on drinks over a 9 night cruise is a bit excessive!

I don't think people are forgetting that so much as they are using the alcohol prices to find the break even point because it makes it lower. If you factor in all the different drinks, you need way more than 5 or 6 to break even. It takes more like 10-12 drinks a day.

The only thing listed for my cruise is the surf/stream 1 device (same as on the sale) for $8.99/day - listed at 30% off today but yesterday it was the same price at 50% off.

 

Does anyone know if they are bringing back surf only (at all) and for more than one device?

Hmmm I remember some folks saying they couldn't purchase more than one or two device plans for VOOM. My cruise planner now shows the ability to add 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices

If you add it to the cart, it would show the price of $83.93 before checkout. The price was $62.93 under 50% off sale.
