You certainly can enjoy your breakfast in the MDR every morning. That's our preference. Also on sea days you can have lunch in the MDR if you wish.

Love starting our day with mimosas in the MDR. We go there everyday other than if we have it on our balcony.

Yes, do check your times, they are only open for breakfast for about 90 minutes or so and the times shift with port days and sea days.

No it is not, except for a special short lunch for concierge class.

MDR is not open on embarkation day for lunch for anything other than Concierge class.

 

We love breakfast in the MDR. It is open to everyone. Wife likes white table cloths and impeccable personal table service and piping out food. Try it, you will like it!

There is a luncheon for Concierge Class only on embarkation day. You can have lunch in the Aqua Spa Café if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

Thank you! I did not know you could have breakfast in the main dining room. I am in Concierge class so will have lunch in the main dining room on departure day.

We always make it a point to have breakfast there a couple of time's.

Relaxed, and we get to visit with different folks.

Funny story - I went to breakfast in the MDR on a recent X cruise. I am rather picky about my bacon. I asked the waiter for extra crispy bacon along with my over medium eggs. The meal arrived shortly with at least a 1/4 pound of crispy bacon. The waiter obviously intrepreted my request as extra orders of crispy bacon. It did not go to waste!

Just to mention, if dining in the MDR for breakfast allow at least an hour to eat. So if you need to be somewhere, plan accordingly.

No, they've been pretty strict abiut it since they started the Concierge luncheon. Suite people can just go to Luminae.

We do the MDR on sea days. When we do excursions..depending on their scheduled times we may do room service or the buffet.
