shloink1 Posted November 7, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Sorry if it has been posted but I couldn't find it anywhere. Once you submit (fax) the required paperwork into the number provided do you get any kind of confirmation that it was received / processed / credited?? any insight is appreciated. riffatsea Posted November 7, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Hopefully you've included your e mail in the cover sheet and you should get an answer immediately that it was received. Sadly there's been trouble lately with faxing it in even though those are the instructions. I had much better luck with scanning the stock and e mailing it all to: guestadmin@carnival.com I got an instant response and saw the credit within 2-3 days. Don't forget to include your name, booking no. cabin no, date of sailing and e mail.
fatboydave666 Posted November 7, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Sent an email including name, booking no. cabin no. and date of sailing with copy of statement by email to the address in the post above. Got a quick receipt response and then had credit in 2-3 days. Faster than in the past.
Micahs Grandad Posted November 7, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Last time about 45 days ago faxed it to them received an acknowledgment of receipt but never did get the obc. After doing the same thing again with similar results, sent this to our pvp and same day it was posted to our account.

mistycruiser Posted November 8, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I always FAX mine over with a letter with the cruise details and ask for an e-mail response with confirmation. I've always received a response within a few days.

SadieN Posted November 9, 2016 #13 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Online you need to 'print' your documents. It's at the bottom of the invoice.

JaniceB Posted November 9, 2016 #18 Share Posted November 9, 2016 I received my credit after 2 days. I emailed the statement and my cruise information. I think people have trouble when they do it too early. They want a recent statement showing you own the stock. Thanks for the PDF file.

I believe you can save your boarding and invoice document file and show it for boarding and onboard if needed.
