Tm100 Posted November 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Are there any things that you do on cruises that are part of your cruise ritual but others would probably think were weird? What are they? We have several!
J_Busworth Posted November 22, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2016 We always go for a swim at midnight and then go and have room service on our balcony for the $3.95 surcharge.

euro cruiser Posted November 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 23, 2016 We always go for a swim at midnightWhenever I've been out wandering late at night the pools are closed up, but then I usually cruise on the old folks line so that may explain it. I agree. So, which cruise line has pools open that late?
cb at sea Posted November 24, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 24, 2016 We really don't do anything on a ship that we wouldn't do in a resort hotel....so no...nothing specific or "special" on a ship! It's like any vacation, to us!
CruiseMuch? Posted November 24, 2016 #8 Share Posted November 24, 2016 I don't know why, but at least once per cruise, I get up before sunrise, get coffee and sit on the lido deck to watch the sun come up. It's usually me and the people hosing down the deck. For whatever reason, I get fascinated watching them, then the sunrise. Great way to start a day. leaveitallbehind Posted November 24, 2016 #9 Share Posted November 24, 2016 I wouldn't classify it as strange, and perhaps it is a ritual, but the only thing I do on every cruise is that which is described by my screen name....and I leave it all behind when I cruise. Sent from my iPhone using Forums That sounds great. I love the sunrise and coffee :) I just have a hard time getting up at sunrise on vacation. (and I don't drink alcohol so its not due to a hangover) Must try to discipline myself to do this.
