Dayana Posted December 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2016 NCL should introduce a paint and sip activity program on their ships. These can be so much fun and you get to keep your painting as a keepsake. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rare iamaqt2 Posted December 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted December 4, 2016 They already have it on some ships. I've seen it in the dailies. Called Canvas By U!

C-line Posted December 4, 2016 #5 Share Posted December 4, 2016 I read this in some recent dailies for the Breakaway too. Has anyone done this? I have *zero* painting talent but I thought it would be fun activity.

SuiteCruisin14 Posted December 4, 2016 #13 Share Posted December 4, 2016 I have done this activity twice on land and it is a lot of fun. I have no artistic ability and both came out ok. Can't wait to do it aboard a ship. Lynda

Rare BermudaBound2014 Posted December 5, 2016 #15 Share Posted December 5, 2016 How do you bring your painting home? It's not going to fit in my suitcase! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I've done several paint outings - many were 16x20, but a few of them let you pick the size. My guess is it's going to be an 8x10. I looked up the corporate "canvas by u" site and they have photos posted from both ncl and celebrity and it looks like the traditional 16x20 size. I travel with just a carryon so this will matter to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Rare mitsugirly Posted December 5, 2016 #18 Share Posted December 5, 2016 It was offered several times on my Epic cruise I just got off of. I think it was every sea day and 10:30am. The cost was $35 per person and you have to sign up EARLY (it might have even been the night before) if you want to get a seat. I never did get in for our cruise and was disappointed. I wish they'd add more space or times. They could make a killing off this.

So I'm hoping to get as much info prior to the sailing so can book it. I'm planing on making this my gift to the group.
