I keep having trouble logging in - I get an incorrect password but when I use the password reminder email link and enter the password it says I cannot use the same as the old password - in other words my password was correct ?

An "Incorrect Password" error message does not mean that you entered an incorrect password. It means that the system on the other end did not receive your password correctly. There could be many reasons why they didn't receive it, including network or site overloads. In case it is on your end, close your browser, do a re-start, re-boot your modem, and try again. Or wait 2 hours and try again.

You may also try clearing your browser HISTORY. Also clear any logins, etc at the same time. Then try signing on again

The same thing happened to me. Eventually it let us reset our password to whatever it was originally.

This happened to my wife a couple of year ago. She had to call get a new login and password and then they were able to reconnect her sailings to her new login. Once they diagnosed the problem it was an easy fix. The frustrating part was trying to reset her password beforehand.
