Problems with RCCL website

We've been having problems with RCCL website and wondering if anyone else had this problem. We can pull up the website and look at everything on the site except when we try to find a cruise and check pricing, etc. the page is always blank. I also tried on some of the emails that they send to me almost daily and it's the same thing, when I click on "book" there's just a blank screen. This has just started withing the last week or so, I've never had a problem in the past. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

CKRobyn started a thread on this subject recently that seemed to disclose a solution. You might look for it....

I have done everything and only way I can bring up the site and do any searching is off my I Pad. Just learned from the other thread, if you have Google Chrome use it, I had to re download the program since it was removed when new HD put in a few months ago.

So what else is new :rolleyes:

 

RCI has changed their format access several months ago...Very unhappy that every C&A member has to have a different email address to access their accounts...it used to be so easy for me to manage my entire family's account's...not any longer. :mad::mad::mad:

I am using Google Chrome and having the same issues. I keep getting a white blank screen. I had to use an old computer to log in for a cruise I am taking the end of the week. The website keeps getting worse and worse.

Every time I delete my cookies, the website no longer recognizes my password. I used the same password for many years and never had a problem until about a year ago. I've been forced to change my password probably 8 times but today I said "no more" and called customer service (3 times). They were no help so as a member of Casino Royale, I called them and they fixed my issue. My rep said that Crown and Anchor could have helped as well
