Balconies and spitting

We are currently enjoying our Eastern Caribbean Christmas cruise except find our aft-wrap balcony getting spat on from decks above. Guest services has been unhelpful. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this?

 

We paid good money for this stateroom and find we cannot enjoy it to its proper extent.

We had the balcony below us yell at us when in Alaska, saying we were spitting on them.. NOT true. It was condensation coming from something up above us.

Best I can tell it was saliva. Two huge gobs by where I had been sitting. Has not occurred since but still makes sitting out there disquieting.

Disgusting definitely but unless you catch the culprit in the act, it's hard to expect guest service to confront anyone without solid proof.

Not sure how you are going to catch them, or expect anyone else to catch them.

That's it in a nut shell . We had our worst experience with this on the Dream . Some people enjoy others displeasure .

This is just one of those things in life you just have to deal with. As far as I know Carnival doesn't have a magic wand.

Even if you catch someone in the act, what is GS going to do about it? Nothing.
