Booked casino PREMEIRE cruise for March back in November. Never noticed there wasn't any mention of PREMEIRE on my booking. Final payment due tomorrow paid today and I pulled up my boarding pass and it doesn't say PREMEIRE anywhere. Did it say PREMEIRE on your original booking info? I'm freaking till I can call my PVP tomorrow.

WHEW! Nothing on your original booking either? I had read that it was on people's boarding passes and and they had priority boarding because of it. If it's not on the boarding pass how do they know. I also thought maybe the casino host sent out emails before the cruise.

I noticed that when I made my final payment as well and asked my TA who told me nothing will have Premier on it but it will show up when our S&S card is swiped. Also told me the casino cashier will see it and give the casino cash. This will be our first Premier sailing but from what I've read on other threads here, it definitely won't be our last ;)

Now that the S & S cards are going to be put in our mailboxes I wonder when the premiere status will be recognized? We are supposed to have priority boarding.

I wished I had gone on one last year. Before if you went on a premiere you were invited to an ultra, now you need 7500 points to be invited on an ultra. I've never even gotten up to 5000.

There should be a Big poster welcoming "Premier Casino guests" with a Host/hostess.

Boarding is first group after Weddings/ Plat & Diamond and FTTF. Whatever boarding group that is. You will get an invite to party and your first gifts when you get to your room.

So unless you have priority status from FTTF, platinum, Diamond or suite, premiere doesn't get you on the short priority security line?

My latest premier offer states "premier check-in" and not "priority check-in." So you likely won't see priority on your boarding pass or luggage tags. Just tell them as you enter the cruise terminal you are a premier guest and they will direct you to the premier check in area. Your premier gifts and onboard event invitations will be in your cabin upon embarkation, and delivered at intervals during your cruise.

Hope you enjoy your premier cruise and win some money. Don't forget under the new premier rules, you have to earn 7,500 points on a single premier cruise to be invited to an ultra premier cruise in the fall.

So, if you are Platinum or Diamond, and book premier cruise, you board AFTER Platinum and Diamond? Is that correct? If you want to be on board as early as possible, which I like to do to get my cruise started, should you just get in the Platinum line? I think Premier guests should board before FTTF because they have obviously paid a lot more to get that offer than the cost of the FTTF

If you are Platinum, you will still go with the Platinum and Diamond check-in. If you are NOT Platinum or Diamond, you will have FTTF on your docs because of the Premier Cruise and go with the FTTF check-in.

I've sailed on several Premier Casino cruises and just used my Platinum/Diamond status when boarding.

I don't think and I didn't see it happening, that Premiers were allowed in the Platinum/Diamond line.

There can be a hundred or more Premier guests on each casino cruise, so I would have noticed if they were allowed the very early boarding.

Of course not. If you are platinum or diamond, you will board as you always do.

In the past, boarding priority has been: weddings, diamond, platinum, FTTF, premier, then by zone numbers.

One can certainly call the fifth group priority is one wants to. :)

Others have been reporting on this board that the "priority lounges" are being eliminated. So it's really just a question of which line you get in to check in, and then board when they call your group.

Last year we went on a premier cruse before we turned platinum. We were not entitled to the "short" security line. When we made it to the check-in area, there was a special area for us to check in and wait in a special area until the folks that "qualified" for priority boarding were done. At that point we were allowed on. I think it was Zone 1.

As for the comment about boarding before FTTF, those folks pay a lot for that perk, in addition to their cruise fare. You have no idea what price they paid, and your Pc3 (or whatever it is) is cheaper than standard published fares. No, I never paid for FTTF. I can use the money elsewhere. (probably in the casino).

In your room you will get your first gift, usually a coffee mug or some sort of beverage vessel. Also there will be a VIP lanyard for your free drinks, and an invitation to a party. Nice party, but the casino opens while you are celebrating. You will then get other gifts throughout your cruise.
