Upsell to Signature Suite

We sail in three days and I took a chance and called today regarding moving from our balcony to a Signature Suite. We had a Neptune once before and loved it. Well, we got one! Apparently they say I was sent an email today at 11:30 am, but it has never come. I don't know why, as I'm getting emails from Holland America, and the booking change confirmation came right away. Regardless, we're very pleased and can't wait to board this weekend for our 10 day cruise.

We always book a Signature or Neptune cabin. Since my hubby isn't fussy on breakfast in the Pinnacle (which I prefer) lately it's been Signatures suites. They are roomy enough & really like the choice of separate shower stall or bath/shower.
