Cancelling

Anyone know why it appears I can't cancel my NCL cruise online?

I don't want to but they changed some ports and I would like to cancel or change it.

You have to call your booking agent to cancel. That is why there is no way to do it online.

The way NCL explained to me years ago, some people cancelled their cruises by accident or mistake and created headaches for everyone. Since then, NCL took the online cancellation option away and you must now call to cancel.

The last NCL cruise we took in 2015 I changed at least 3 times. I had it booked several years in advance and our son was planning on joining us. We changed it to just my husband and I and changed the cruise/ship 3 times. They had no issues doing this with a phone call.

This is one of the annoying issues with NCL. You have to actually call them to cancel.
