I'm sorry. I am sure you will still have a wonderful time! :(Do you mind sharing what you bid for each?

 

 

We are in a Mid-ship mini suite (MA)

 

H4 - Low at $2,420.00

H6 - Medium at $750.00

 

I wish I could have booked the Haven, but it would have been over $10k for our family of 4. I really wanted the Haven. I am so sad.

Congrats!! That's so exciting! Enjoy! We are on the Getaway the next week, still waiting to see about our bid.

 

We are on that one, too! No word yet on our bid either - I am not holding my breath, although our ship does look pretty light! :cool:

HAVEN here I come!!!! Did the absolute lowest bid for Escape 4/7 and BOOM got FWD Facing Haven suite. INCREDIBLE DEAL HERE!

I was a Casino booking so FREE CRUISE all I paid for was Taxes and Port Fees. Free Balcony room. I then 90 days ago paid 400 to upgrade to a Mini Suite I think MB. Then 30 days ago I bid 700 (lowest) for a H7 and didn't bid on anything else and just got notified today.

 

So who knows, but couldn't be happier.

We are sailing the Getaway on the 15 th. We just got our bid accepted from an inside deck 5 IF to deck 12 -B4. Our bid was 200 each. It was a fair bid on the scale but for what we originally paid for the cruise seems like a lot. I'm glad we got accepted.

The amounts people are posting for what they paid to upgrade, are those amounts:

 

a) per person FOR THE ENTIRE CRUISE

OR

b) per person PER DAY

 

Thanks in advance to whoever answers :-)

Per person total for the entire duration of the cruise. They only charge the first 2 guests.

Anyone else here on the Escape 6/10? We are bidding on H5/6 and mini suite. I keep going back and forth on the pricing and if it's worth it! We are such economical travelers with our kids. The excellent range seems pretty high for the penthouses at 2500 pp. When we booked we got 3rd / 4th free so rebooking for anything is not an option. I think this cruise would be pretty full since it's early summer, so I am not holding on lots of hope....but antsy...waiting up to 2 days before sailing....trying my patience.

You are lucky as I am also on a free cruise spa balcony. Myself and several others I know bid. My bid was higher than yours in the fair range. This is the 1st time I didn’t get accepted and I bid on every category. Last year I go Aft 2 room Penthouse for 900 ea. Disappointed but congrats to you.
