Coral Question

Often there is a machine which is used to provide local currency in exchange for say US$. It is NOT an ATM. You put in your currency, say USD, and get the currency du jour. Note that there is a transaction fee AND a very unfavorable exchange rate. And when you return from the excursion and want to get rid of the currency du jour, the transaction in reverse is also against you.

Think about carrying a credit card with zero FOREX fees and carrying small denomination notes such as ones and fives if you are using USD.

You can also take a few large bills and then exchange them for smaller denominations at Passenger Services. Any kind of ATM onboard will have idiotic fees.

Another route would be to create a casino account. The amount you put on the account will be added to your folio. Stick a few hundred dollars on the account then play slots for a while and cash out.
