Dsweeney513 Posted March 8, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2017 This will be our first time on a cruise. We want to know what is appropriate dinner attire. Do I need to bring a jacket?
cb at sea Posted March 8, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 8, 2017 Most nights are "casual"...casual long pants, collared shirt (golf/polo is fine) for men. Most women will be in capris, skirts, sundresses, etc... On the "formal" nights, you will see a variety of dress...from suits and tux/gowns or cocktail dresses to "Sunday" best sort of clothing, or even slightly nicer casual wear.. You don't NEED a jacket, but you certainly can bring one. The buffet is casual every night...shorts are fine there.

BallFour4 Posted March 13, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Khakis or jeans and a polo on casual nights, maybe a sport coat on formal with a pair of slacks. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
vacationlady Posted March 13, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 13, 2017 On our last couple of cruises with the most recent one in December (Christmas week), we saw alot of men just wear a dress shirt and tie. Dressing for formal nights seem to be going out of style. RC does not seem to enforce the dress code. Less packing for us.
