On your picture of the balcony, are there footstools under the chairs? We are sailing on Anthem to Bermuda starting April 29, 2017. Thanks for your great review!

Sorry missed the first question, the captain mentioned we arrive tonight at 9 PM to allow the awaiting engineers to work on the problem until our departure tomorrow at 5:30 PM. I assume they can fix the issue completely.

Seadog67, great review. Your Jamie food porn made me think back to Harmony a few weeks ago. If you happen to return there try the salad that had prosciutto and pear. It was amazing.

 

I just did some binge reading and saved a few pics that made me think.

 

Will this giraffe give birth before April?

I want to thank you for having the most extensive review of the Anthem. What a refreshing review for a change. Instead of reading, the food is cold, the entertainment stinks, the service is horrible and on and on. It gets to the point you don't want to read anyone's because they are all the same whining and complaining. If there was a prize for the best review that was informative, entertaining, educational with outstanding photo's and videos you would get it!!!! We are on this ship in August. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed reading a post for a change. You ROCK !!!!

I totally agree with shipmate. Instead of the detailed minutia that some CC'ers like to share your posts are interesting and to the point. AND, as shipmate indicated: at's all with a positive slant even when things are not 100%. Will we be treated to a shot of you and Mrs. Seadog before the cruise is over?

Wow! Thank you very much! If the majority of my cruise was not fun, I would find other vacations to take. I am really glad it is enjoyable ! Makes it worthwhile.

Did they have reservations for the cover band too on your sailing? They didn't on our two Anthem sailings. We just went early to try to get a seat. There are seats upstairs too that are good. We saw them in September and they were really good. We had the Bon Jovi cover band last month, they were good too.
