tammymacb Posted March 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2017 I'm doing a British Isles cruise in August and spending a few days in London. I'd like to buy tickets to, "The Book of Mormon". What is the best way to buy the tickets? I'd like avoid third party fees if possible.
Rare fabnfortysomething Posted March 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2017 go direct to the Prince of Wales theatre website where you can order and pay for tickets in advance and pick up from box office on the day

orchestrapal Posted March 27, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 27, 2017 At the moment tickets are only being sold through June which leads me to believe it may be closing at that time. There are many, many other musicals in London for you to chose. Look at http://www.lonontheatre.co.UK for full listings
Globaliser Posted March 27, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 27, 2017 go direct to the Prince of Wales theatre website where you can order and pay for tickets in advance and pick up from box office on the day On Cameron mackintosh website. He owns the theatre https://tickets.delfontmackintosh.co.uk/index.asp?ShoID=1085 These routes should take you to the same place. However, beware of websites masquerading as the theatre's website but which are unofficial and unconnected to the theatre and its owners ( http://www.princeofwalestheatrelondon.info is an example). Sites like these are often just there to confuse and skim off commission, with you possibly ending up paying more than you need to. One essential part of any London theatre-goer's toolkit is the Theatre Monkey's website. Here is his page on the show: http://www.theatremonkey.com/PRINCEOFWALESbooking.htm
phabric Posted March 27, 2017 #7 Share Posted March 27, 2017 We are not sure which plays or theaters are going to be on while we are in London. Is there a site that shows what plays and theaters are in London?

WisRiver Posted March 28, 2017 #11 Share Posted March 28, 2017 According to the Delfont Mackintosh website (the official website) Book of Mormon is booking groups until September 2017. Sounds like the play will run through the fall, but individual seat bookings may not open up until the spring. http://www.delfontmackintosh.co.uk/Tickets/TheBookOfMormon/TheBookOfMormon.asp
