He was literally spinning doughnuts off the stern of Zuidy a few minutes ago. Those bad boys can move Leon; three 300 horsepower (220 kW) Mercury outbooard engines. My guess; that's already been done by Zuidy's onboard pilot probably via cell phone. The harbor pilots are in constant contact with that white tower/blue roof/blue antenna mast just to ZUDM's left which is where the harbormaster and his staff work out of.
