I'm thinking about staying in Long Beach instead of San Pedro the night before my May Pacific Princess cruise. I searched CC but but didn't find 2017 fares. How much is the current Long Beach to pier taxi fare?

Just did the transfer

 

Taxi - flat rate $45

 

UBER - $ 26.50

 

The rules at LGB have changed, UBER can now pick you up at the terminal

Don't forget that the taxi drive will also expect you to tip whereas the Uber driver won't.

I have taken a taxi numerous times from Long Beach ( Westin Hotel ) and it was no where near $45. Unless you give the driver a $20 tip...

Stayed at the Doubletree Maya in long beach 3 weeks ago. Cost for Uber to World Cruise terminal was $12. Took taxi from port to hotel was $28 with tip
