1interpreter Posted April 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Ok, so this may be a long shot, but I'm gonna try it anyway. Last year when the hubby and I sailed on LOS we were introduced to a new wine (or it may have been a champagne or sparkling wine because it had some fizz to it if I remember correctly). We were told the name and I have since forgotten it. All I remember is that it starts with the letter "V" and is a sweet red. I would know the name of it if I head it, but for the life of me I have racked my brain and keep coming up with nothing. So, to all my wine drinkers out there, throw some "V" names my way and see if you can help me figure out which one it was because we LOVED it!!! Rare JessyCruises Posted April 14, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Did the brand of wine start with a V or the type of wine? I think they sell or used to sell Los Vascos but that is a brand. Was it covered under the drink package? Do you remember what bar you had it at? Sent from my iPad using Forums
Coralc Posted April 14, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2017 See if anything jogs your memory under "V": http://www.totalwine.com/wine-brands

Bobal Posted April 14, 2017 #7 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Valpolicello? Spelling may be off. That's what I thought too - although it's Valpolicella :). It's an Italian red wine with a slight fizz, although I wouldn't describe it as sweet.
