Vintage soup cups - cruiseline?

We recently came across some 2-handled soup cups with the initial P and a compass rose on each side. They just look like something that would be in a ship dining room years ago. Does that logo ring a bell with any of you?

Regent Seven Seas has a restaurant named Compass Rose. Could the "P" be an "R?"

Shenango China, in Newcastle, PA. They did china for a lot of restaurants, country clubs, special events, etc.
