Only up until final payment due date. After that, only ES gets to match price drops.

Yes, Just call up and tell them to rebook the cruise at the new price.

We've done it many times past guest up until final payment.

They don't actually re-book the cruise. They lower the amount you still owe if it hasn't been paid off. If it's been paid off then you'd receive OBC.

Prior to final payment date you can price match to any rate IF you qualify for that rate.

 

Be careful about price matching to a guaranteed rate. You will give up your cabin and will be assigned to a cabin.

Be careful as well, if you match to an ES rate, you will be locked into ES.
